How To Download MDCAT Roll Number Slip?
- Candidates must print their Admittance Card, which shows the roll number and test centre details.
- Punjab-registered candidates on the PM&DC Portal should download their card by clicking “Download MDCAT-2025 Admittance Card.”
- To access the card, enter your name and the last four digits of your ID (CNIC/Passport/B-Form) used for registration.
- Enter your name exactly as registered on the PM&DC portal (e.g., no spaces if you registered without spaces).
- Print the card on plain, white, A4-sized paper.
- The information on the card will match your registration details. If you find errors in name, father’s/guardian’s name, gender, or photograph, contact PM&DC Islamabad immediately (Landline: +92-51-9190000 Ext. 301, 302; Email: examination@pmdc.pk).
- UHS Lahore will only make corrections if directed by PM&DC with official written instructions.
